In affectionate remembrance of William, son of William and Susannah Slack, who departed this life July 17th 1856 aged 3years and 10 months.

Also Harriet, daughter of the above named who departed this life July 27th 1857 aged 20 years.

Also Susannah the dearly beloved wife of the above named William Slack, who fell asleep in Jesus January 30th 1875 aged 58 years.

Also the above named William Slack who died October 29th 1894 aged 81 years.

Also Emily Brayshaw, daughter of the above named who died April 8th 1912 aged 64 years.
